Our Sales Offices located in Cairo and Tanta are full-fledged offices set to serve Egypt governorates, specifically Cairo and Delta regions.
Customer Service operates around the clock 24/7, serving our customers across Egypt. Through Customer Service, our customers place their Wassal orders and can easily track their shipments. In addition, customers’ complaints are closely monitored through a cycle complying with ISO standards to guarantee all complaints are handled and corrected in the shortest time possible.
Express WASSAL is a full transportation service for bulk and/or packaged cement provided by the company’s fleet of 24 trucks (5 for bulk and 19 for bags) as well as by 3rd party business partners.
Granting a steadfast transportation service across Egypt that serves our customers round the clock within a maximum of 36 hours.

In 2016, Arabian Cement Company has exported 18.04 % of the total exported amount of cement. In Jan. 2017 the percentage has increased to reach almost 40% from the total exported quantity from Egypt which is equal to 10% from our total production.
Our current markets are Libya, Yemen, Madagascar, Somalia, Kenya & USA.
We are targeting to export to each corner in the world considering all kind of packaging either for Bulk or Bagged cement as well as Clinker, we are providing OPC CEM I 42.5 N, we are also ready for any customized orders. We are exporting all types of cement (Loose bags, Containers, Sling Bags, Jumbo Bags)
We have loaded one of the largest Bulk Vessels 29,000 Tons from Al Adabeya Port – Suez – Egypt with a loading rate of 6 K/day
We have the facilities and technology to be number one company in Egypt for exporting cement.
We have created a clean and well prepared storing area in the plant to sustain a quantity of 4,000 Tons to be stand by in order to save time and effort for the requested shipments.
